Team orders on the 6297F
A typical order is 36 to 72 caps per program: one puff letter or number on the front, sometimes a small flat script on the side. We quote puff per design and flat from the tier table. Mixed sizes in one order are fine and do not change the price. Send a roster size count if you have one, or use the sizing chart.
Decoration options
- Flat embroidery, front panel, up to 6,000 stitches: $7.00 per cap at 24-47, $5.00 at 144+, plus $18.99 one-time digitizing.
- 3D puff embroidery on the front: quoted per design. Puff + flat combo uses one digitizing fee.
- Side hit, back arch text and second placements: quoted per job.
We do not recommend leather patches on performance poly caps; the fabric is slick and thin. Embroidery is the right call here.
