What to include
- Cap style (or tell us the look and we will suggest one)
- Quantity, with a color and size breakdown for sized caps
- Decoration: 3D puff, flat embroidery, leather patch or a combo
- Logo file: vector preferred (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG); 300 dpi PNG ok
- In-hand date if you have one
What happens next
- We quote the blank and decoration per cap, usually the same business day.
- You approve the quote; we digitize or build the patch file and send a digital proof.
- You approve the proof; production starts and ships within 28 days.
- Reorders use the same file with no new setup fee.
