Car clubs, off-road groups and amateur race teams order 12 to 96 caps with a club script or a sponsor-style front logo. Battle Born Clothing has no hard minimum, so a 20-member club is a normal order.

A realistic job
A 24-member club orders 24 Flexfit 6277 caps, flat embroidered front. Decoration: 24 × $7.00 = $168.00, plus $18.99 digitizing, plus 24 blanks at the quoted 6277 price. On a Richardson 112 the same 24 caps are $20.50 each all-in, $492.00 plus digitizing.
What to send
- Club logo as vector; a clean photo of an existing patch or decal works for a redraw quote
- Count per size (or choose a snapback)
- Any sponsor logos and where they go

We only need 15 caps. Is that ok?
Yes. 12-23 pieces is our smallest tier at $8.00 per cap for flat embroidery plus the blank.
Can members order different styles?
Yes, but each style is its own blank line. Keep the logo the same to stay in one decoration tier.
